Howzer v2.1 preview: risk you can watch happening

The preview makes two things visible: risk as it arrives rather than in tomorrow morning summary, and the path from a scored message to an approved answer.

By Howzer Team, Product · product ·

v2.1 has two ambitions. Make risk visible while it is still happening, and turn analysis into a response path that a human stays in charge of. The preview shows both, along with pages that describe how teams actually deploy Howzer today rather than how we imagine they might.

Ingest

Connect a shared mailbox, a chat platform and your ticketing. Personal data is removed the moment a message arrives, and conversations stay threaded so the analysis and the reply are looking at the same context.

Analyze

Every message is scored on how likely a problem is and how much it would hurt. A rolling sixty second view of the risk mix means you see a shift as it starts, not in a daily summary.

Triage

Queues form themselves by seriousness. You can weight the policy towards compliance or towards keeping customers, and a sudden burst raises an alert rather than quietly making everybody wait.

Approve and resolve

Guided playbooks turn an analysis into a safe response. A person approves it, every approval is recorded permanently, and the action routes by team, channel and deadline with the ticketing system kept in step both ways.
