Howzer v2.3.2-DE: seventeen small things that add up
A hardening release. Nothing new to learn, seventeen rough edges filed off across text handling, storage, monitoring and Windows deployments.

Not every release deserves a story. This one is seventeen fixes, and the honest summary is that each of them removes a small annoyance somebody ran into for real.
- German text is cleaned up properly before analysis: better handling of formatted mail, consistent special characters, common typos corrected.
- Windows installations no longer hit database quirks that Linux never saw.
- Root cause categories gained domain-specific entries and the German phrases that trigger them.
- Every enrichment step now reports what it is doing, so a slowdown has a visible cause.
- Rate limiting is production-grade and copes with bursts instead of punishing them.
- When a customer writes back after a reply, that follow-up is now linked automatically, which is what closes the loop on whether the reply worked.
No new dependencies. There are a few deployment changes, and the upgrade guide in the release portal walks through them.
